A variety of tent sites are available around Camp Denison, in woodsy areas or by the water, just right for families, small groups, youth groups, and Scout troops.

We offer tent sites in several locations around Camp Denison. Our Camp Manager can help you choose the best spot for your family or group. All sites have access to a firepit or fire circle, picnic table, and bathroom.

Some groups use our bunkhouses and also set up tents in the same area. Two tent sites with platforms are also available near the bunkhouses.

A tenting area right outside the Nature Center overlooks Baldpate Pond, with many picnic tables and easy access to the pond for boating and fishing.

A tenting area near the Herb Hubbard Pavilion overlooks the pond, near the shuffleboard court and horseshoe pits. This site is adjacent to the Baldpate Pond State Forest with many trails.

Activities for campers include shuffleboard, horseshoes, walking trails, fishing and boating, and evenings enjoying s’mores and stargazing around the campfire.
